WELCOME

I’m Catherine Rotman, and I’m a realist-inspired artist. The biggest source of my inspiration is the raw, untamed earth and the elements, colors, and moods of nature, along with my love for animals and interest in the metaphysical world. I currently reside on the East Coast of the U.S. but grew up on the West Coast, so I have appreciated a variety of landscapes throughout the country that present their own unique beauty.

I’ve been coloring and drawing as early as I can remember, but didn’t actively start painting until a few years ago, and just began experimenting with oil paint in the later part of 2019. The gallery here includes a mix of acrylic, watercolor and oil paintings.
