Framing recommendations

As framing is a very personal preference and your needs may vary, I allow everyone the freedom to choose frames separately. The easiest solution for print framing is to start with a more popular frame size that will fit your print (See my Frame Gallery reference below), and then have a mat cut custom if needed. Custom mats can be cut at your local craft store such as Hobby Lobby or Michaels and can range anywhere from $10 to just under $30 depending on the size.

White Borders on Prints

All prints come with a white 1-2 inch border, which is recommended for highest quality professional printing standards. Proportions may be slightly larger on some prints, depending on the size selected and the proportion of the original artwork. Borders also allow more flexibility when arranging the print behind a mat and frame. If you are curious what the white borders look like, you can check out my Print Size Gallery here below.




High Quality Print Standards and Personalized Art

Every print is first photographed to a create a digital version from a macro lens DSLR camera. Each print is then created from a professional grade CannonPro 1000 printer and carefully inspected to ensure highest quality on premium archival ink jet paper. Every order is also signed and personalized with a handwritten note before being sent to your home. 




SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All orders are printed and shipped custom from my home to yours via USPS. Arrival time can usually be expected within 1 week. If for any reason I am unable to process your order within a week’s time, I will reach out to confirm this is still acceptable with your needs. If you need your order sooner, you can contact me at catherine@catherinerotmanart.com and I can let you know if it is possible for me to ship it sooner, as well as any additional charges that may entail.

I do my absolute best to ensure that your order will arrive safely. If for any reason a package arrives damaged, please feel free to reach within 2 weeks of your package’s arrival date to catherine@catherinerotmanart.com with pictures. If damage is determined, there will be a refund without hesitation, or I can also send you a new print free of charge.


If for any reason you have a change of heart after you have received your order, you can kindly email me at catherine@catherinerotmanart.com within 14 days, and I can issue you a refund, excluding shipping charges to and from so long as the purchase is received back within 30 days.
